    Boneless chicken breasts seasoned, roasted and served with either, marinara, mushroom or sesame sauces.    		 $19 per person
    Chicken Cordon Bleu
    Breaded chicken stuffed with black forest ham and Swiss cheese, then drizzled with a hollandaise sauce.    		 $22 per person
    Cranberry and Sage Stuffed Chicken
    Chicken breast rolled with a cranberry and sage stuffing and then sliced into medallions. Topped with either a honey Dijon sauce or mango salsa.    		 $23 per person
    Smoked Turkey Breast
    A holiday favorite. Smoked breast of turkey, served with gravy and stuffing.    		 $21 per person
    Beef Bourguignon
    USDA Choice sirloin tips roasted in a burgundy wine mushroom sauce.    		 $22 per person
    Barbequed Tri-tip Steak
    USDA Choice tri-tip steak marinated in a special blend of wine and seasonings then seared over an open flame with Mesquite charcoal.    		 $22 per person
    New York Steak
    Cuts of USDA Choice New York steak seasoned and grilled over an open flame.    		 $26 per person
    English Prime Rib
    Rib eye seasoned and slow-roasted, served with horseradish and au jus.    		 $26 per person
